About Us
We have found that the best educators are Life Long Learners that strive to provide best practices while serving constantly evolving generations. Therefore, we dedicate ourselves to the field of Early Childhood Education. We do this by providing professional development and consultation to early childhood providers and tutoring to school age children, Kindergarten to 5th grade, throughout North Carolina. Our personalized approach focuses on the individual needs of early childhood programs while helping early educators lead and students succeed.
The Founder
My name is Trinisia Carlton
From my hometown of Warsaw NC, I have been in the Early Childhood Education field since 2006 with a Masters in Early Childhood Education and Leadership. I am also a certified Trauma Responsive Care Trainer while obtaining a certification in Early Childhood Mental Health. My passion is empowering early educators to take charge in sharpening the young minds of our future.
